SERGEY BUBKA

Pole Vault legend Sergey Bubka will make the trip to Glasgow with his former coach Vitaliy Petrov and will deliver a keynote speech to all delegates before delivering a specific programme for elite jumps coaches.

Bubka, who won six consecutive world championship titles, is the current world record holder for the pole vault with best heights of 6.14m (outdoors) and 6.15m (indoors). He retired in 2001.

"I love the pole vault because it is a professor's sport. One must not only run and jump, but one must think. Which pole to use, which height to jump, which strategy to use. WILSON KIPKETER

Three times World Champion Wilson Kipketer will deliver a keynote address and will lead the elite coach programme for endurance (middle distance).

Kipketer, the 800m world record holder (1:41.11) - and with eight of the eleven currently all-time fastest times - also holds the world record for the indoor 1000m.

ADAM NELSON

Adam Nelson, two-time Olympic silver medallist in the shot putt, will bring his considerable experience to the elite throws delegates in addition to his auditorium delivery.

Nelson's PB of 22.51m, set in 2002, was (at the time) the fourth longest throw in US history and the ninth furthest ever in the world.

VITALIJ PETROV

Along with Sergey Bubka, Petrov will deliver a keynote speech to all delegates before delivering a specific programme for elite jumps coaches.

Petrov - who coaches World and Olympic Champion Yelena Isinbayeva - will bring a wealth of experience from a fascinating career which has seen him coach performance athletes at the highest levels possible.

He coached Bubka for 16 years and in 2007 was presented with the IAAF Coaches' Award at the World Athletics Gala in Monaco in recognition of his life-long devotion to developing Pole Vault World and Olympic champions.

SANTIAGO ANTUNEZ

Antunez is the coach of the Cuban world hurdles record-holder (12.87s) and Beijing Olympics gold medallist Dayron Robles and is one of the world's top hurdles coaches.

He will complete the keynote delivery addresses and will also work with the elite sprints/hurdles coaches.
